If your CV meets our hiring criteria, you will receive a phone call for an initial screening. During this call, we will ask preliminary questions about your background, experience, and suitability for the role.
Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to a scheduled Zoom interview. This is a critical stage of the selection process. Depending on the role, you may be required to attend more than one interview.
Based on the position, you may be required to complete a technical test, assignment, or research task to evaluate your skills and capabilities.
We are a very unique organization and most of the candidates have never worked in any professional matrimonial organization before therefore we invite candidates to explore our working environment and see if they are a good fit in our organization. If the candidate feel good about our working and we find them culturally fit for us, then we place them job offer.
Candidates who successfully pass the evaluation stage and are culturally fit will receive an official job offer via email. The offer will include details of the role, compensation, and joining terms.
Upon accepting the offer via email, our team will initiate the onboarding process and guide you through the next steps to join Shaadi Organization® Pakistan.
