Responsible for managing the branch offices, managing teams and to achieve sales targets. -
Tele Sales Team Lead
Responsible for leading and supervising the team of Tele Sales Executives (Marriage Consultants). Ensures team performance, conversion targets, and overall productivity are achieved. -
Customer Service (Matchmakers) Team Lead
Oversees the team of Customer Service Executives (Matchmakers). Manages client satisfaction, team efficiency, and the overall matchmaking process. -
